Seiko 5 Sports x Pepsi: A Limited Edition That Pops

So… Seiko has teamed up with Pepsi. Yes, that Pepsi — the one that can melt your teeth before you even finish the can. And the result? A watch so cool it really should come with its own pair of sunglasses. And let’s not even start on the box — shaped like a Pepsi can and so stylish you’ll want to display it next to your TV rather than hide it in a drawer.

Here we have two legends. One measures time, the other measures how many bubbles it can fire into your head before you start talking faster than a Formula 1 commentator. Seiko 5 Sports and Pepsi may have grown up in completely different worlds, but they share three things: style, innovation, and an uncanny ability to stay relevant — especially with younger generations. And that’s exactly why this limited edition works.

Seiko 5 Sports x Pepsi® Limited Edition – SRPL99

The first version? Pure ’90s nostalgia. The Pepsi logo from the ’90s, combined with the classic Seiko 5 Sports SKX styling and colours that scream retro: blue, white, and red. It’s 38 mm, so it fits just about any wrist. The white dial with blue accents looks fresher than a newly opened can, and at six o’clock, the original “Pepsi” script winks back at you. A small detail with a huge impact.

The second version? The current Pepsi logo, with a dark blue and black colour combo straight from the PepsiCo design team. A 42 mm case with more swagger than a guy in a leather jacket at a biker rally. Inside ticks the automatic calibre 4R34 with GMT function — two time zones at once, because you never know when you’ll want to check the time in Tokyo and Texas simultaneously. And for the first time in the SKX series, there’s a silicone strap — “PEPSI” on one side, the logo on the other.

And now for the cherry on top. Or rather, the bubble on the cake. The caseback? Transparent glass with the Pepsi logo, “LIMITED EDITION” inscription, and your own unique serial number. The box? A glorious Pepsi-can masterpiece. This collaboration isn’t just about a watch — it’s about two brands that know exactly how to get your heart racing… and maybe your blood sugar too.
